Not a good weekend at all. No wait... I guess Saturday was okay. Yesterday was so very bad. Have you guys seen the new Wendy's commercial for the panko-breaded fish sandwich? That darn commercial was like an evil voice in my head for the last week. Well, the voice won! Let me tell you, the sandwich is not near as good as the commercial makes it out to be! (What a surprise, eh?) Then, the darn person at the window managed to somehow put 2 extra orders of fries in our bag. No, I did NOT eat 2 whole orders of fries, but I had some when I had planned not to. THEN, DD spies the twisted Frosty with crushed Oreos in it, so I got one for her and had to try some.
Today, I am trying to put yesterday (and the entire last 6 weeks) behind me and get back to things.
Over the weekend, I read Dr. Oz's YOU The Owners Manual. It was very interesting and had alot of info. If anyone is interested though, I would suggest going to his website. Most of what was covered in the book is actually on the site. Alot of the book is spent on basic anatomy and physiology, which since I am a medical transcriptionist, I already knew.
Anyhoo, best of luck all for a good week. I soooo need to have one to boost myself up and motivate myself.
I think I've done pretty well for the week. I made my goal of exercising atleast 4 times (I did 5). I ony ate out twice (another goal) and didn't do too badly at staying on track with my eating. I've been meal planning which has helped. When I weighed in today, I was down 2 lbs exactly so I'm hoping that sticks around for my official weigh in tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my boys will nap at the same time today so I can sneak in some exercise (as we have plans tonight).

My weekend went very well! On Sunday my DH decided to grill T-Bone steaks. That was the most challenging part for me. When he layed that steak
I did well, and feel like I'm getting on track.
Yesterday was awful! LOL
I have had 2 weeks of the stomach flu off and on, so I didn't eat a lot, when I could eat!
