I weighed in this morning down 3.5 lbs from my challenge starting weight--which is excellent considering I've been on vacation this past week on a cruise.
I'm not even in this challenge, but I feel the need to confess. I have been eating HORRIBLY!!! Worse than I have in years. Potato chips, starbursts, cocoa cereal, etc. I don't know what my problem is! Maybe knowing that other people know will help.
I'm working on it and will try to make today a better day. I have plenty of healthy food, so I will try my best to choose those.
Official weigh in this morning was 4lbs down from beginning of challenge for me. I hope it stays away, since I'm worried it's only down because I've had no desire to eat.
Oh well, keep moving forward and hoping for the best, right?
Saturday was tough with my nephew's wedding. But it could have been worse. Knowing that I was supposed to be helping DH with the photography duties kept me busy and therefore away from the food tables.
I'm down only .2 pounds for the challenge so far. I'm not bothered too much by it tho, since I normally swing back and forth. It's about time for a low swing, so we'll see where it goes. Eating has been good since Saturday, except for late mornings where I'm missing breakfast. We had an unexpected severe thunderstorm last night that knocked power out for 5 hours. So I lost sleep last night that I made up for by sleeping late today. I still plan to get today's workout in as I think that is the key to losing more weight. At least for me it is. I'm hoping to get 5 workouts in this week and the stationary bike is calling my name!!!
