SBD vs. Biggest Loser: FYI

A couple of us had wondered if the Biggest Loser followed the South Beach Diet on the show...well here are the guidelines. While they are similar, TBL is more restrictive in serving sizes than SB and dairy is counted as a protein- which counts towards a mere 3 cups a day! Check it out:

This is pretty interesting.
The way the BL Diet reads, it seems that 24 oz of protien is the minimum per day.
That's something I've noticed this season that is REALLY annoying me--they're doing these blatantly obvious sponsor spots when they're talking about what to eat. Talk about product placement!
