I'm with you Joy--I know it's a good SBD day when I've got all my veggies in after lunch!
Of course, most days right now I'm getting 5-8 C veggies a day because I'm on Phase 1 and I like to have more substantial snacks than just string cheese or something, so I add celery w/ hummus or homemade soup or something :).
My other good day is when it's around 2:00 (can you tell that's usually about the time I journal?!) and I realize I've only had 1 grain/starch serving for the day.
I know it's a good SBD day when...around 2:00 I realize that I've already met my veggie minimum for the day!
I know it's a good SBD day when I get from lunch through dinner without putting something illegal into my mouth!
When I get all my water in...:)

I get enormous satisfaction from completing my exercise workout for the day!!!

For me, getting in all of my foods, or most of them is a good day -- and water.
