April Fools Challenge Goal--MET!!!

Just had to share my excitement. Today marks my first day on Phase 2 and I lost 14.5 lbs on Phase 1---1 pound more than my original goal for the April Fool's Day challenge and a month early! I'm really excited about this because I only spent 12 days on Phase 1 (plus 6 days on a kind of Phase 3 while on vacation) so it's a great motivator! I changed my goal for the Challenge from 13.5 to 20 pounds, so I have more to shoot for. I still have about 80-90 lbs to lose, depending on what I set my final goal at, but it's a great start!

I think the most amazing thing for me is that I am discovering that I like, even love some foods that I never thought would happen.
