You've already been sharing your triumphs and struggles with us. But do you feel like you have enough support from other people in your life to succeed in your health and weight-loss goals? Ask yourself the following:
- How supportive is my spouse or partner, my kids, my parents, friends, or co-workers? Do I feel like they are enthusiastic and helping to push me forward, or that I'm pretty much on my own?
- Do I have a friend I can confide in? Is there anyone who is subtly undermining my success?

Hi Erica,
It sounds like they haven't made the connection with what it takes to maintain.
Co-workers/friends aren't exactly supportive, because they do bring
