I had a really bad week last week and it carried over to the beginning of this one. I'm sitting down today and making a re-commitment plan.
Fitting in time to exercise?
I have yet to exercise and that is part of what I will make sure I include in my plan today.
Any setbacks this week?
The first 2 days of this week were bad and I seriously need to refocus. When my emotions get the best of me I either overeat or lose my appetite all together. Which means my body holds on to the weight even more. I've actually put back on the 3lbs I lost. =(
Going pretty good so far. I'm still not seeing alot of movement on the scales. But I managed 5 consecutive days of exercise last week and I'm on my way to getting another 5 this week!!! I finally decided to stop letting the weekly grocery trips/errands keep me from getting in at least a 30 minute workout. This is kind of a break-thru for me, since I've been giving myself a pass to skip my workout on those days. I'm hoping to keep this up long enough to become a habit!!!
My week has been going pretty well! I have passed my April Fools Challenge goal and am only one pound away from my all time goal of 105! I am very very excited about that but nervous at the same time for fear of it only being temporary. I also am trying to redo my menu's and fitting in my dairy requirements and all my grains/starches.

Yes, always! I am addicted to walking for excercise Monday thru Sunday
