My week so far has been rotten! Sorry, but I seem to be doing worse with each passing week, foodwise. I have been keeping up with working out but the food issue is terrible. I posted below in my journal that I am going back to Phase 1 for at least a week to get my eating under control. I seem to be eating off SB more days than on.
I only walked for 2 miles today because my shin splints are acting up. Then I did manage to spend about 30 minutes using the Bowflex. I really am trying to up my weights after reading some of MichaelAnn's posts. I think my body has gotten so used to the walking that it is not having much of an effect anymore.
My goal now is a daily one. I want to get thru TODAY eating properly. No junk. Then, I will concentrate on getting thru tomorrow and so on.
As a side note (this should tell you how bad I have been) the Cinnasnacks at Sonic are absolutely the best things I have ever put in my mouth! OMG, I will have to seriously stay very, very far away from that place in the future!
