Well, I'm happy to report a 2lbs loss, weighing in at 154.8, on Tuesday. I'm very pleased with the progress and glad I decided to join this challenge. It was just the motivation that I needed to get beyond my plateau. I'm ony 1.2 lbs from my goal.

My mid week report:

Doing fine food-wise, and have even made some SB cookies as I seem to want sweets all the time now...Funny, I have spent my entire life wanting salt/crunch, yet when I do SB, I want something sweet and don't even want the chips anymore~

I get in some push ups and crunches each time I do to the washroom. I do 12 push ups and 25 crunches each time (then incredible handwashing and purell-ing!!).

Thanks Cathy. The new lows are great. But they used to come in about 1/2 pound increments...now, they are usually .2 pound increments. I guess I should celebrate them no matter what, but it seems harder to get all excited about .2 pounds these days. Could be worse tho, the scale could be going the other way!!!

However, you will definitely hear me hollering the first time I see that scale under 200 !!! I'm even tempted to take a picture of the # on the scale, just to preserve that moment in time!!!
