Comfort food question

I live in the midwest, where it is pretty cold right now. For some silly reason, I crave Campbell's Healthy Choice tomato soup. Especially on cold days.
Now, Campbells is having a huge media blitz with the Heart Healthy red campaign. Every time I see a commercial, I wonder... when will I be allowed to have a bowl of my soup??? I'm towards the end of phase 1. When, if ever, will I be able to eat tomato soup?

Pre-made tomato soup is one of the things that is almost impossible to find without added sugar. And usually its not just a little added sugar - it a lot of added sugar. My dh loves tomato soup too - so I have searched and searched and not found even one on the market without sugar.
But you certainly can make your own - it not a tough soup to make, there aren't many ingredients. I'm on my laptop and don't have my recipes here, but if you use the search function and search for tomato soup, I know we have some recipes on the board. If you have a recipe you already like, we can find a way to make it South Beach friendly with substitutions.

This tomato soup tastes almost like Campbell's only better...all the ingredients are SBD friendly, I think.
