APRIL FOOLS CHALLENGE-Assignment

Since I'm flying overnight to Paris tonight I wanted to be sure that you had your assignment for tomorrow:
Set Your Personal Mini-Goals
This Week's Assignment![]()
Assign yourself a one-week goal. Maybe it's getting in a certain amount of exercise. Perhaps it's learning a new way to cook vegetables … or it might be losing a reasonable amount of weight. Then think of a small non-food reward for meeting these goals — a manicure, movie night, bubble bath, etc.
It's the midway point and it might be time to reassess our goals. Think about where you are and if some things need to be tweaked.
Be sure to post that goal here and let us know how your weekend went.

Hi Cathy - Let me start by saying that I wish I were flying to Paris as well!
Cathy, have a wonderful time on your trip. Stay safe! My weekend was absolutely terrible! I went on an eating binge eating all non SB food and didn't stop until last night! On a good note, today is day 3 of not smoking!
