APRIL FOOLS CHALLENGE-Assignment

Since I'm flying overnight to Paris tonight I wanted to be sure that you had your assignment for tomorrow:
Set Your Personal Mini-Goals
This Week's Assignment![]()
Assign yourself a one-week goal. Maybe it's getting in a certain amount of exercise. Perhaps it's learning a new way to cook vegetables … or it might be losing a reasonable amount of weight. Then think of a small non-food reward for meeting these goals — a manicure, movie night, bubble bath, etc.
It's the midway point and it might be time to reassess our goals. Think about where you are and if some things need to be tweaked.
Be sure to post that goal here and let us know how your weekend went.

My plan for the week is to only eat when I'm hungry. I'm trying really hard to control *why* I eat, because I tend to make bad choices when I"m not feeling well emotionally. I know it's not a food goal, but it will help me with that as well =)
Also plan on getting 15-30 minutes of exercise a day for the rest of the week. I had been going on walks with a friend but it's been so sporadic. We were able to go 3 times one week then 2 weeks passed before we could go again! So in all honesty I haven't followed a steady exercise program at all since HS! OMG, typing that out makes it sound so bad....but I'm ready to start making small changes, one day at a time right?
Sorry to have gone on and on! lol
Today was our weigh-in day.
My goal is really just to survive the week without any eating disasters.
My goal for this week is to exercise at least

Hi Cathy, I did that the other night, and it did barely anything except make my tummy feel upset all night.
