Had a hard day today/bc of my schedule....I will be exercizing this weekend, probably walking the dog and riding my bike, maybe some abs work...I'm still in a stall...I 've been hovering at 189/ 190 since beofre xmas...so frustrating but I'm pushing thru...I refuse to give up.looking forward to next week when my exercize schedule can get bk to normal once the kids are bk in school.
I got in tons of exercise this weekend, which I'm very happy
