I finally reached my all time goal! It has been a long long battle but it was something I really wanted and I went after it!! I stepped on the scale today and I weighed in at 105 lbs!! It has taking me quite a few years but I have lost a total of 73 lbs!! ;-)

Nicol, I think I have a more positive attitude now then I did when I was heavier. The greatest things about being thinner/healthier is how great it is to beable to shop in regular size department stores and knowing that I will be around seeing my grandkids grow up and have families of their own.
As for the not gaining weight when I quit smoking, I really don't know yet. I am still chewing the nicotine gum so I am still getting the nicotine! I am afraid once I quit the nicotine gum on gaining some of the weight back but I just have to remember that it will only be temporary as I can always work on that!
Incredible
Wow!!!

Thanks to all!!
That is great Misty! When you say a more positive attitude, that is so true! In the past when I was eating off track and gained weight and my clothes were too tight and I could feel the lovehandles sneaking over the back of my pants I found myself being negative, unhappy and I did not have much patience. Now that I am in control again my attitude is much more positive, I feel optimistic and have a lot more patience. My hubby loves the improvement :-)
I am so glad for you that you are getting to experience this. Don't you wish everyone that is over weight and unhealthy would really work on getting it off so that they can reap the rewards? Losing weight is not just about feeling and looking lighter but about feeling better in so many ways!
Don't
Congratulations!!
