I've had a lot of stiffness in my neck and shoulders - along with headaches.  I'm thinking that a chiropractor would help.  I've never been to one, and I really don't know anyone who has.  So, can you help me out here?  What are some thing I need to look at when choosing a chiropractor?  Also, would it be covered by my insurance?  I'm just ready to get rid of this pain!

Thanks!!

Hi there. So SORRY about your pain. I know how that is.

I am a HUGE believer in chiropractic care for all over health. Just makes things work better. I used to get some nasty nasty migranes (along with lower back pain and some trouble with a disc in my middle lower back), but my chiro fixed that in no time. He's AMAZING. I've been to several who were so-so and one that was really bad and actually hurt me (they should NEVER hurt you. Never) And then

I love my chiro, see him once a month or every 6 weeks. Luckily, my insurance covers. He is veru helpful, I believe in it. Got his name from my PCP. he also does kinesiology. Leila

I started seeing a chiro for the first time a few months ago, after I strained my back.

I have been going to a chiropractor for several years and have had good ones and bad ones - good ones are the ones that take time with you, listen to you, and don't try to push products on you, like new expensive pillows etc.
