Homemade and/or bottled.....what are your favorites?  I want to add stirfry to my menu, especially at lunch and need some help. Are any of the bottled sauces legal...I really miss chinese food..

I haven't found any bottled ones that aren't loaded with sugar. Here are my three favorite recipes:

Stir Fry - 3 ways
For each of these I just sautee my meat/veggies first in a little oil
then add the sauce and cook on medium until it thickens slightly.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar-free apricot jam
1 T vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 T soy sauce
1 T cornstarch (dissolve it in soy sauce before adding)

Peanut Sauce:
1 14oz can chicken broth
2 T white wine
2 T soy sauce
1 T corn starch
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Whisk together until smooth

Citrus Sauce:
2 teaspoon orange zest, finely grated
1 whole orange (chopped)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 T cornstarch
2 teaspoon Splenda
1 cup chicken broth

I have been stir-frying frozen veggies lately for dinners/lunches and all I do is add 1 tbsp olive oil to the veggies and let them cook for a bit and then when they are about done, I stir in 1 tbsp soy sauce and let it cook for a minute or two...
