Do I have to start with phase one?

Hello Everyone,
I have did South Beach a few years ago so it is not new to me. I have been doing weight watchers recently and I have been loosing weight. I only have been eating lean meats, whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc. I am switching over to South Beach and I am wondering since I have been eating so healthy already do I really need to do phase one?

Sounds like you might already be eating on South beach phase 2 and if you are losing weight that way there's prob no need to go back to phase one - as it's more a detox phase. You quite possibly might not get any benefit from it.
