I don't know what the deal is but my jeans are falling off my butt and I keep having to hitch them up.

They are not too big b/c of the excess weight I carry in my stomach!

Is there a style jeans anyone has found that work for this?? I need high in the back but not too high in the front - lol

Ugh - these WERE My favorite jeans and now I can barely wear them b/c it's obscene the way I have to keep pulling them up!

Where'd your butt go, Jennie??? LOL!!!

I don't seem to have that problem. But I do have another one lately. Before I started to lose weight, I wore a tall in my favorite jeans...(I'm 5'7 1/2"). Now that I've lost weight, the tall is too long, but the average height is too short after I wash them the first time. I guess in part, my problem is less butt as well, but it has a different result. I just ordered 3 new pair of jeans. One pair is both too big and too long and washing in hot is not helping to shrink them. And the other 2 pair fit, except they are too long. I'm going UGH as well.

I have no idea what to tell you to do, but I'll be interested to see what advice you get from others!!!

dyk I think I have two options - go try on a bunch of different styles and cuts (and I need the talls as well - and it seems that when I hitch my pants up to a normal waist line in the back now my favorite jeans are a bit short?? how does that work??? less weight equals wearing them higher? I don't get it!) or "wait" (haha) it out until I lose more in the front and can just go down to a smaller size.

It's not so much my butt that has diappeared as I lose across my lower back and a bit in the hips - it's the belly I want gone!!!

It's true that you just have to try on lots and lots of different styles until you find the ones that fit you best.

Plus, once you find a style, finding consistency within the manufacturer can be difficult.

I've got the same issue as you Jennie -- except -- even heavy I didn't have a butt.

The same thing happens to me! I'm always pulling my pants up. People will ask me sometimes if I've lost weight recently, and I'll have to tell them 'no, my pants are ALWAYS falling down!' I haven't been able to find a pair that fits well either.

I have the same problem due to a similar figure type (flat tush, full tummy).

When it's all said and done I might be spending a lot of money (like your $155) for a good pair. I love a good pair of jeans - I used to have a pair from the Limited when I wore a 12 and they were my lucky jeans- they just felt good!!!

Abigail (4) has the same problem she's so skinny with no hips - she has some butt but her pants are constantly falling down in the back - and the front a little too.

She needs a 18 mo size waist and a 5 for length! lol

Another problem I have is the crotch to waist ratio - the clothing tends to fall very short of what I need and the ensuing frontal wedgie is just horrible.

I need jeans/pants that are a different size in the back and then a bigger size in front - OMG that sounds like maternity clothes! lol
