Hi Everyone, I am Molly and I was here on the Beach a few years ago. I was not very successful (my own fault) and I wandered away. I hope you don't mind if I sneak back in. Seems, finally, that my life is getting in order with my kids and spouse and so maybe now I can concentrate on myself.
I have set my first mini-goal for a loss of 23 pounds with an ultimate goal of 43 pounds. It's gonna be a long slow process, I know, but I really want to do it this time. I am a victim of super-slow weight loss so the trick is to not get discouraged.
I am starting Phase One today and I posted my first days menu below. Thanks for reading and wish me luck.

I did a half way run at South Beach a few years ago, saw a few results, and then just bailed out (for whatever reason? Life I guess)
I am sure you'll see some early success that will help encourage you to stay on track!

Glad that you are giving it another go. Sometimes you are REALLY ready for things and other times your not. Hopefully this is a time you are REALLY ready to give it your all and GO FOR IT. South Beach is the way to go, you can do it! Good luck & Welcome!!
