The hardest part of the day.....

I am trying really hard to stay on track after some treating before, during and after Easter.
I had a good breakfast:
strawberry-banana double dairy smoothie, hard-boiled egg
A mid-morning snack:
2% cheddar cheese
And I just finished lunch:
leftover center-cut pork chop in dijon sauce, mescalum salad w/ asparagus & goat cheese
I plan to have a snack between now and dinner, but the hard part is not reaching for something now. After I eat lunch I immediately feel the need for something sweet. Maybe I'll make a sf hot cocoa to fill me up and satisfy the need for sweet.

Even back when I was in the groove with SBD around 3 or 4 in the afternoon is when the "munchies" really hit me! They are hitting me now and I have my trusty bottle of water to try to hold me over until dinner.

I'm not sure why, but the middle of the night has become difficult for me lately.
dyk I have to stop reading your posts, lol
Yesterday I had a fat night after you had a fat day - then tonight I was so hungry after my lasagna, granted I should have had something with it but there wasn't anything b/c I didn' thave time to cook - so, after my lasagna, I had 2 cheese sticks, handful of cashews, some blueberries (handful maybe) and theen 2 SB peanut butter cookies - all junky stuff I didn't really need!
Well at least you're not eating Peeps yet!

LOL and everything I ate (with the exception of teh cookies putting me over my nut allowance) was legal. So that's good at least.
Peeps are disgusting!!!
I do fine during the morning, do fine with lunch and BAM at 2:00 PM it hits me.
