Feeling too full??

Hi All,
I completed Phase I and this morning was down 8.5 lbs from my start weight (I paid a little for my Easter splurges!!!). My lowest was 10lbs down, but I'm going to stop weighing every few days and stick with once a week.
I'm finding myself pretty full after most meals and I'm wondering if I'm eating too much. Here was my first Phase 2 day so far...should I cut portions back?
Breakfast - steel cut oats, sprinkle crushed walnuts, strawberries & blueberries, coffee & skim milk - I honestly had trouble finishing this
Snack - hard boiled egg
Lunch - one cup of "Uncle John's Homemade Chili"
I'm feeling pretty full....I'm planning to have broccoli & hummus for snack and chicken and salad for dinner.
Any comment/suggestions...thanks!

I also find steel cut oats very filling...which can be a good thing!
I hit this point a little bit over a week ago myself (though struggling the last two days just a bit? Weird) You'll see my post on almost exactly the same thing in the Phase 1 folder down below.
It was recommended to me to just eat slightly less for main meals so I could still spread out the 3 meals and two snacks. I know you can skip the snacks on P2, but I don't think I'll do that typically.
