I had about 3/4 cup steamed broccoli (warmed over from Sunday's dinner. The last of it) Scrambled into 1 egg with 2 Tbsp of lf mozzarella. And then half a slice of my fresh homemade bread with a teasp of smart balance.
I had an omelet with 2 eggs, spinach and mozzarella (did I spell that right? I never know.). And a cup of skim milk. You know, I like milk more than i thought I would. I think drinking the 2% is what I never liked.

SOOO good. I love traditional breakfasts.
