America's Healthiest Restaurants

I just came across this usefull article in "Health" Magazine about chain sit-down and fast food restaurants with the healthiest options. I don't have much experience with these restaurants, so I can't comment about the article's accuracy, but thought that this information might be useful to others, esp. those of us who travel a lot for business.

Interesting! It sucks BIG TIME that I don't have a Chipotle near me. It's a crime, really. And I eat at Panera a lot, so it's encouraging to see that in there.

THanks Jamie, that was good to see!
Thanks Jamie. This will be immensely helpful on our trip out west in July. I spent quite a while last night writing down the restaurant names and visiting their websites. This list will help to make our trip a little less stressful when it comes to eating!!!

Glad to be of help!
Oh DD will be forever grateful for that suggestion, Jamie!!! She loves pizza and we don't have any pizza places here that serve whole wheat crusts.
I was surprised that places like Bob Evans and Denny's made this list. I guess I should be glad that there are a few on the list that we actually have here in the South. However, I'm still not really a fan of these 2 restaurants.
I just know that we're going to get tired of eating salads on this trip if I don't spend some time doing research before we go. So any suggestions you have are most welcome.
