Here is what I came up with, does anyone have any other suggestions for staples for Phase 1?
low fat cheese
laughing cow
V-8
hummus
Natural PB
low fat cottage cheese
jarred red peppers
jalapeno stuffed green olives
salad fixings
cherry tomatoes
fresh veggies (peppers mainly)
almonds
ff 1/2 and 1/2
celery
sf jello
sf fudgecicles
sf hot cocoa
eggs
low fat sour cream
ff chicken broth (I love to drink this with lunch, one of my satiety tricks)
mayo
morning start sausage patties
