Phase 2 legal? WW tortillas

Hi!
Yesterday I picked up a package of locally made whole wheat tortillas. They are "Pride of Kansas" and at first sight, they look like they may be legal, but I wanted to check.
The nutrition facts are as follows:
Serving: 1 tortilla
Calories-105 Fat-less than 3g Trans Fat- .5g Cholesterol-0 Sodium-26mg Carb-17g
Fiber-4g Sugars-0g Protien-3g
What do you think? Is it legal for Phase 2?
If so, how many servings are legal (in a day)? I'm not planning on eating tons of them a day, but if my husband buys salsa or guacamole over the weekend, I'm wondering if I could substitute a few in place of tortilla chips...

Hi Andrea,
We also need the ingredient list to determine if a product is legal.
Cheers to all,
Andrea
