Guiltless food-free pleasures.....

I was thinking today of what things you might do to pamper yourself that don't have ANYTHING to do with food. And I was thinking about it as I did one of my favorites:
- LOOONG hot shower with the massager on
- getting a pedicure (only $16.95 at my salon, I've had 2 this year)
- blasting the radio or a favorite CD in the kitchen while cooking/cleaning
- using a yummy bath and body works lotion from head to toe
- going outside to my picnic table early in the morning with a hot cup of coffee
- OR walking around my yard early in the morning with hot cup of coffee
(those days have not arrived yet here in Ohio but they are coming!!!! YAY!) - going to the pool in the summer and (yes) getting a tan (sorry but I feel so much better with a little color and I use a 45 sunblock all summer and still end up with a great tan!)
Anyone else have any great non-food ideas?

Along with ALL of yours I would like to add:
- Going to the bathroom BY MYSELF (can I tell you this almost never ever happens?)
- Cleaning out and reorganizing a space in the house (getting started is a problem for me, but if I am wanting to eat and I go do something like this, I get enormous satisfaction which translates to pleasure!)
- and the obvious. Sex.
- Actually going to a tanning bed, to get a tan (which I am not currently doing, but catch a lot of flack from an unnamed person when I do)
- late evening bath with a good book when 2 year old won't barge in, or cry at the door if I lock it.
How 'bout...

All of the above plus getting my hair washed and blown out professionally.
I just climbed in bed for a 1/2 hour and started a new book. I never do that, but the kids were occupied and it was a nice change of pace! Then I realized it was 2:30 and I forgot to eat lunch. Didn't want to be too hungry at dinner time and gorge, so I got up and ate.
I also like to paint my nails while I watch daytime TV. I don't know why, but I love it.

All of the above, plus:
A walk or hike someplace pretty, either alone or with a friend
A visit to
Forgot a few of favorites:
Window shopping while walking around a part of town I don't usually visit
Leisurely drives (though with gas prices, this no longer totally guilt free)
Bird watching
Counting varieties of wildflowers in a local park
A pedicure is a real treat for me -- I don't do them often enough!
Becky, I remember those days!
