menu please!!!
phase 2 and i eat a lot of the same things...
b-1 cup oatmeal (not instant) w/ splenda OR eggbeaters
L-quesidilla w/ only 1 low carb/low fat/low calorie toritilla w/ ff refried beans and lowfat cheese OR a grilled chix salad with a fat free balsamic dressing
d-grilled chicken OR grilled filet mignon OR panseared white fish in olive oil OR homemade turkey chili. any of these choices (except chili) with some sort of veggie, cabbage OR brocolli OR spagetti squash
snacks-about twice a day a couple strawberries OR part skim string cheese OR raw veggies
dessert-daily no sugar added fudge pop OR lf ricotta with cocoa powder and splenda OR sugar free jello
so how do i look girls???
