Nervous to weigh tomorrow after first...

full week of Phase 2. I've been doing fairly well, although Saturday I had a big stumble and ate a bunch of cookies & some M&M's. That was the first time I really desired sweet stuff that's around here since I started SB. After reading the post Joy recommended, I agree it was a "want" vs. a "craving". I bought some dark chocolate and had that yesterday and I've been OK since. How many ounces approx. should a serving of dark chocolate be?
I'm concerned I'm eating too large of portions of some things (dairy) and possibly not enough of others (veggies). I think I'm going to write down what I'm eating for a while to see what I'm doing or maybe use that ijournal. I'm not exactly sure how that works?
Also, are there any other SB books that have more specific portion information, etc. I just have the first one and it's pretty vague compared to what's posted here. I'm aware of the on-line subscription, and I'm toying with doing that, but I'd prefer a book.
I hope tomorrow morning's weigh-in isn't discouraging......wish me luck!

The portion info is very specific in the Meal Planner Guide (a link in the P2 folder), and also the Foods To Enjoy lists have several of the portions listed.

I am sure you'll do just fine. Remember to look at how you feel and how things fit as opposed to just focusing on that scale!
I love the ijournal. I need it to map out my eating for the day. Keeps me on track. And I LOVE reading everyone else's when i am stumped for meal ideas. Especially lunch.

I always go back and edit mine if I stray from what I thought I would eat. That way, I've mapped out a "plan" but if I move away from it, I hold myself accountable that what I really eat really WILL be on that entry!
