Hi all.
I know that convenience food is only supposed to be used occasionally, but I am going to be out of town for 2 weeks for work. I need to fill the house with SB friendly "convenience food" so that DH doesn't fall off the plan. I am planning on cooking some things for him to reheat but 2 weeks worth of cooking is pushing if for me! I would rather him eat frozen foods then hit up McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I am also going to make sure that there are plenty of fruits and veggies for him to munch on, and salad to add to his dinners.
I don't buy frozen/convenience foods very often so I don't know what's out there that is legal nor do I have the time to read a ton of labels. (This trip was just sprung on me, I am leaving in 2 days and still needs to pack, prepare a presentation, and cook what I can.)
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Canned, boxed, frozen, anything would help!
TIA!
