Today is a bad one.  I have stayed on track all day but have been obsessed with wanting junk food.  I am not really hungry and I don't crave it but I am on day 5 and this is usually when I fail all the other diets I have tried.  Has anyone else experienced these types of feelings?  I keep thinking today I usually would give up and go on a full binge?  I have not weighed myself for fear of psyching myself out and wanted to wait till Thurs my official one week mark.  I went to the gym to help distract myself and snacked on some grilled veggies but continue to obsess.  Any advice would be helpful.  I really want to stick with it this time.

Hang tight, you can do it. Like Cathy said, if it is too much for you, maybe moving onto Phase 2 will be better for you.
