Why did I get on the scale?

I finished week one of phase one yesterday.  I originally planned to not get on the scale until both weeks of phase one were done.  Well, I caved and got on this morning and it had only gone down .6 pounds.  Now I know that I am a slow loser but isn't this a little too slow?  I know I have to work on the exercise but I have not been sleeping right for the past few weeks and am soooo tired during the day.  It's like, maybe the exercise will give me more energy but I don't have the energy to exercise.  But even still, shouldn't I have lost a little more than that?  I am not giving up, I knew this would be a long haul and I am just venting here.

Thanks for listening...............Molly

Thanks Joy, the lack of energy is from not sleeping well for the past few weeks.

Molly, are you in full menopause, or perimenopause?

Molly,

Here's a great article formerly posted here called "Actively Managing Menopause".
