April Fool's Challenge - RESULTS

Well, today is the day. I know that it got tough for a lot of us these last weeks and our goals seemed unattainable. However, going through the Challenge probably brought about some positive changes in your habits even if you didn't reach your Challenge goals.
If you reached your goal tell us about it. We want to celebrate with you.
If you didn't, reflect on what you did learn from the Challenge and how you can implement these changes going forward.
Spring is time for new beginnings. Have an amazing April, everyone!

Well, I only lost 2 pounds...but then I think I gained that back when I fell off the wagon with the Easter candy.
We're headed for the beach (the actual one!) at the end of May.

We certainly know you gave it your all.
My goal was to get down to 134, tone up the flabby thighs and eat a very clean phase 2.
I got closer to my challenge goal than I thought I would. I was hoping for 5 pounds and although a day late, I'm just a little under goal. I'm happy with it, tho. I'm now back to my exercise routine and giving myself no excuses for not getting in about 20 to 30 minutes of exercise per day, 5 days week. It feels good. And the scale is still going down...no complaints here!!!
Cathy, whenever you decide to start another challenge...I'm in!!!
