I got a scale today!!!

A healtho-meter digital scale that will track and graph the weight loss of two people.

I opened the package up right there in the store, took my shoes off and stepped on it to make sure it wasn't going to scare me.

It didn't. ;-) So I bought it.

The tracking feature can't really be turned off so I am hoping that keeps me to weighing only in the morning b/c otherwise it's going to not graph or percentage right with all the fluctuations!

I have officially joined the naked morning weighers!!! Yea!

I had to cut back on the cheese that I eat too - but I love it so much - shredded, melted, sliced, on a sandwhich, on veggies..... in chunks - right off the 2 pound block....

Ha. I do the same thing. But I think I might be a little worse. I actually track my weight. Daily. It helps I think. I actually like seeing the scale go up when I've been a little heavy of the nuts/cheese - it's a reminder.

And I almost always have a better evening reading than morning reading.

Past Races:

-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)
-BAA 10k, 6/26/11 (1:04:52, wanted to be under an hour...)
-Tavern to Tavern

Yep, it hasn't been easy to lay off the cheese...or the peanut butter in my banana smoothies..LOL!!! I'm learning that it doesn't take as much cheese to be able to taste it. On sandwiches (which I like open-faced & toasted), I will use the shredded 2% and and just sprinkle about a tablespoon on there before popping it in the toaster. I still get the cheesy taste, but without as much of the fat/calories. I also taste the cheese more when I toast the sandwich...weird huh???

Welcome to the Nekkid Daily Weighers Club! :o)

I think I need a new scale...but I'm scared to buy one, because I'm plenty happy with what mine tells me!

I have the same type of scale that actually analyzes body fat, hydration, and weight.

I weigh every morning too (in the buff of course). I like to see the fluctuations. If I just weighed once a week then how would I know if the day or two before it was maybe less? My luck would be the day I weighed was one of the UP days and I would be bummed. If I weigh daily then I can be sure not to miss the LOWS :-)

My scale does not show 1/2 lbs or fat % or anything fancy its just a basic digital.
