My girl friend and I are thinking about starting the South Beach diet when she gets back from vacation. However, we're afraid that it's going to be expensive and difficult to follow.
I would love to hear about any specific experiences ya'll have had with starting the South Beach diet. I'm off to browse, now! =)
Faithfully,
