Last night before bed which was between 9:30 and 10, I was STARVING. You can see in my journal what I ate, but I am talking can't ignore me, very uncomfortable kind of stuff. I tried to ignore it and go to sleep, but I couldn't sleep through that, so I got up and ate a banana with a little NPB.
I HATED eating that close to bedtime but didn't feel like I would have slept. I am planning on just eating more during the day today hoping this doesn't happen again! Has this happened to anyone else, and is there really a problem with eating before bed if you are truly hungry?





It doesn't matter when you eat. It's much more important to eat when you are hungy to keep your blood sugar levels stable. Have a small snack before bed if you need and don't feel bad about it!

Here's what gets me thru the evening. I have a smoothie pretty much every evening around 9pm or so. I call it my nightly nightcap!!!

TOM is probably the culprit.
