Entering Phase 2 Questions

Hi All-

Monday is when I start Phase 2 and I would like to shop a little in preparation for it.  After my whining about only losing .6 lbs on the first week of phase one I haven't been on the scale since.  I will see the final phase one results on Monday morning.  This will keep me honest at my grandaughter's 5th birthday party on Sunday.  I'm afraid if I see a loss I will figure a few bites of this and that won't hurt.....yeah right.  Okay, my questions.....

1)  Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat Bagels - one is 47g and 3 grams fiber.  I have seen them in journals even though they are short on fiber.........acceptable?

2)  "Enriched" is a bad word, that I know.  What about "unbleached"?

3)  Sweet potatoes -  how much is a serving....is it 1/2 cup?  Also, what about the skin.  Once the inside is scraped out I love the skin with a little Smart Balance spread on it.  Is this okay and what does it count as?

4)  South Beach products.  One packet of the cookies is one serving and the whole pizza is also one serving?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Yes, that is true that in different parts of the country products are formulated differently.

I don't buy products that have HFCS but did I read here somewhere that as far as bread goes, it's extremely hard to find one without so if it meets the fiber requirement it is okay?

As long as the first ingredient is whole wheat flour I would say these are fine to have.
