Shannon I just bought a new recipe book called 'Simply Salads'. I haven't tried any of the recipes in it yet, but I was thinking that since the weather is starting to warm up, that I would start trying out some new salads pretty soon. This recipe book has lots of homemade (SB legal) dressings. I mean a ton of them. And the salads look really easy and delicious. I bought mine from Amazon, but I'm sure you could find it in most any bookstore, or perhaps your library might have a copy of it???

Here's the Amazon link so you know what it looks like...

I think I paid under $10 for it.

No trouble, Shannon. As I try some of these salads, I'll post any good ones to the recipe section. I'm planning to go thru and pick 1 or 2 to try this next week. We'll see if either one are winners!!!
