A look at Phase 3 weight fluctuation

Hi guys,
I wanted to show you what phase 3 looks like from a weight variation standpoint. I hope that this can keep you guys from getting too discouraged on numbers. Realize, especially as women, our weight can vary. My hormones really seem to dictate how much water I gain. I wish I was my husband who is 172 every time he weighs in - but that is not the case.
You can see that in the past 7 weeks I have ranged from 141 to 147. My highs are during AF and my lows, well, I have no idea why some weeks are better than others. I wish I could control it - but no luck. For example, this mornings weight was after eating taco bell last night - that should have shot it up due to the salt. (and yes, on Phase 3 I will sometimes have fast food - LOL!).

PS. The "(w/o)" means I worked out that morning prior to weigh in and the * means AF is in the house. The number is cycle day for me (so 1 is my first day of AF). The line divides the weeks - you see I never weigh in on Monday - LOL!
