Yeah, maybe that would be a good question for Roger, if I get to meet him this weekend. Just what is your plan, now that it's all over with and you're home??? Would be interesting to hear what his plans are for keeping the weight loss going.
I admire anyone that can stick to counting points/calories for more than a few days!!! I did that for a few days, just to see about where I was calorie-wise...and it's not easy!!!
I guess I have been very lucky to find the way of eating that suits me on the first try. Years ago, DH & I did a diet of sorts. We started eating less fat, lots of salads. And we lost 10 or 15 pounds on that and then quit when we stopped losing. I had resigned myself to being fat the rest of my life. But when I started having more health problems, problems that could only be fixed by losing weight and exercising, I figured it was something I HAD to do. Not just for me, but for my 12yo daughter.
So the future looks a lot brighter now than it did 50 pounds ago!!! The Beach is definitely the place for me too!!!

I just read an interview with Ali and she said toward the end she was working out 8 to 10 hours a day.
8 to 10 hours??? That's just crazy. I wonder what happens to your body when you exercise vigorously for that amount of time every day, then slack off??? For people like Ali, I wonder how much exercise/calorie intake it will take for her to maintain. I guess time will tell how they do in the long run.
This was the first season I watched of Biggest Loser. While I really love the show and will continue to watch, I don't think it is a realistic way to lose weight at all.

I saw that video clip too, where Ali & her trainer said she had been working out 8 - 10 hours a day.
