Hey, gang. I have a question.
I have been really good about getting all my stuff in each day and I have picked up my exercise.
My problem is that I'm feeling hungry for the past couple of days....I wonder if I should be eating more now due to exercising...or maybe just right after exercising. I feel like I'm needing something....maybe more protein. I don't know. I'm not feeling bad physically at all.. I like eggs and cheese, but don't want to eat too much of them as snacks. Anyone have any ideas?

Try some lean deli turkey, ham, or whatever you like.
