Carbs AM vs. PM??

I am a bit confused....
I was reading in the SB book that eating carbs in the morning may cause more carb cravings, but then reading some success stories people say they only eat carbs in the morning so they may burn them off through out the day.. In your opinion which is better morning or later in the day to consume carbs?





I assume you're referring to grains here?
Nearly all of my breakfasts include either steel-cut oatmeal or cereal, and sometimes fruit, too.
