Losing weight is a life change, plain and simple. Your success depends on how ready you are to take on the challenge.
Successful dieters break down their goals into incremental stages, with mini rewards along the way. Being too detailed or having an all-or-nothing approach is a recipe for disaster. Fall off the wagon and you're likely to throw up your arms in defeat. Likewise, being too vague will leave you stranded and unfocused.
Let's talk about our goals. For some that might mean a number on the scale or inches lost. For others it could be about challenging yourself to set an exercise or fitness goal. Still others might want to commit to making small changes in their current lifestyle that might be holding them back from getting to the finish line.
We've got 6 weeks until Memorial Day. Together we can do it!

Whether I'm ready or not, I really need to get moving / committed.
I need to be serious about following (strictly) SBD.

Count me in!! So far I do not have a good track record with the challenges, but I really need this one! We'll be spending a week at the lake this summer, so I *know* I'll have to be in my swimsuit ALOT...in front of people! ;o) So, here I go!
My goal is to work out consistently 5 days/week, quit all the "little" cheats that add up, and get back to 130. I'd be plenty happy with that!
I've never been in on a challenge, but I think it is probably time to do one...just one more motivational piece!
My goal will most definitely be a weight loss goal as I can't seem to get consistent exercise in these days (maybe I need more motivation :-) ).
hmmm...6 weeks.
I am in, even though my challenge track record is WEAK!
I want to break back into the 130's again!!! I am teetering there! Since I will be on vacation for a week, this
I'm going to try this and see what happens.
My goal... hmmm... 7 weeks to go, average 1.5 lbs a week so I'll aim for a 10 lb loss.
That will bring me to 152.
My reward will be a new bathing suit.
My biggest obstacle will be exercise
I'm in on this one.
I'm in.
