What is the best kind of chocolate to melt in a crock pot for people to drizzle over fruit skewers?

Okay, telling me what you wouldn't use is only partly helpful - is there another kind of that same brand????

Thank D for the tip on the milk - I wouldn't have thought of that!!!

I'm also making a SB lasagna - I'm making that this afternoon and then I can just reheat it before class tomorrow and while it's heating I can make the fruit skewers. I need about 18 of them -

I guess we just like the dark chocolate better? I used to add whipping cream, but changed it to milk, so you need less-
