I went for a run!!!
When I got back from dropping the kids at preschool, then after a quick run to the store, I was thinking I'd do my pilates DVD - b/c frankly, I never thought I'd be TICKED to see 196.6 on the scale but if you see my ticker from two days ago - I'm up a pound!!! (Damn cheerios - two bites I tell you two freakin' bites!!)
Anyway, so I don't have my mat for the DVD so I pulled on my sneakers and ran out the front door. I tracked our "block" with the car and it's 8/10 of a mile which I did in about 20 minutes with a walk/jog/run/walk/run.... crawl up the front steps style. ;-)
But I did it. Yea! I need to dig out my ipod now that I can use it in the car and on Thursday Sean is off work so he can go with me! (You know, before he heads off to go fly a plane in the afternoon.)

I've been bouncing around the 196's and 197's the past week or so. This time of the month I always bounce around usually 3 pounds and sometimes 4 pounds. When you weigh everyday, you have to get used to the daily fluctuations. It could be that you are building muscle (weighs more than fat), water retention, undigested food, and lack of BM's. I'm usually up a pound or two when my muscles are sore from exercise. In any case, I'm sure your pound up from yesterday is just temporary. Don't sweat it. You'll be back down before you know it!!!
