Everyone was SO PLEASED with dinner and I tell you - they all know I am doing South Beach - I've been doing it through ALL our sessions but when I said after many many many compliments and oohs and aahs over the lasagna - when I said it was WHOLE WHEAT - 3 people literally GASPED!!! lol
They scraped the sides of the container eating it all - thank goodness I set Sean's piece aside (he's in training again tonight so he missed class) beforehand - there was NOTHING left!!!
The Glory and Splendor cans were a total hit - the couples held tight to them as they left with many jokes about the sheet of facts that they gave us that said you can burn about 100-150 calories during sex - and I said - then you're going to come out ahead even with the Glory and Splendor b/c I got Redi Whip LITE!!! lol
here are some pics of the spread - I got there early to set it all up!!
THE FRUIT SKEWERS

THE LASAGNA (which there were 4 requests for my recipe - I don't HAVE a recipe lol but I can write up what I do ahaha)

THE FULL SPREAD - that was GONE when we left - there were 8 couples - so 15 people (Sean absent)

Jennie, everything looks great!
It all looks so yummy.
Proud mom to
Kalvin (Aug '96) and Kolto
I didn't brush the fruit with anything - I just cut it up and stuck it all on there - I cut the bananas up when I got there - the rest ahead of time and just skwered them in no particular order.
The chocolate was 2 bags of chocolate chips in a crock pot and I used skim milk which was a DISASTER b/c it's too watery - so use WHOLE MILK in splashed until it's as "runny" or "drizzly as you want it.
I will post the lasagna recipe in just a bit!

Instead of whole milk with all that saturated fat, perhaps evaporated skim milk would have done the trick?
Looks fabulous, Jennie..... : )
Glad it went well...
