I am still on phase 1, but when I get on phase 2 can I have california rolls? And if so, how many would be considered a serving?

Your wealth of knowledge here is so helpful to me.

Thanks so much,

California rolls and a lot of sushi have white rice, which is not allowed.

Also, if you you like rolls some places will make them for you without the rice at all, just wrapped in the seaweed film thing. I'm not a fan of brown rice on my rolls, so I got my sushi place them to make it without rice. I do have to warn you that they come out looking very puny and you might have to order more rolls than usual. You usually have to talk to the sushi chef, oftentimes the waitresses will say it's not possible.
