I just reserved this through my library; I'm curious to see what it says, especially about the plateaus!

  • Cathy,

Are there any clues on the official site as to what these "new" foods will be?

I have it on reserve at my library, too, but am on a waiting list.

Hmmm, I'm wondering if some of the "new" items are changes to the lists since the original version was published.

Reading the information regarding the exercise helped me with the decision if I should continue with alternating Pilates/Taebo along with walking or just Taebo and walking.
