The Benefits of Breakfast
Is it really the most important meal of the day?
How does eating breakfast help you lose weight? I used to be a breakfast skipper too - ever since I was a kid. I don't ever remember eating breakfast before school. Of course now I have breakfast every day, as soon as I get up, its priority #1 before anything else. Lately its been cold cereal w/fruit and turkey bacon because mornings are pretty rushed. We do oatmeal or pancakes on the weekend.
