Do "short" days equal weight gain?

Hi-

The last two days have been strange ones for me and as a result I have not been getting in all my requirements.  Prior to this I noticed the scale moving down just a little bit (you know how hard that is for me to acheive)  This morning though the scale was actually up some even though I have not eaten as much as I was supposed to.  Does this sound right to you?

Yes, it is very true that if you don't eat everything, you can see the scale go up.

I think that if you're not getting in your veggies it's possible.

Yeah, I guess so.

Molly, if you get tired of salads, make a big pot of vegetable soup. I'm keeping a pot of some kind of soup/chili in the fridge for easy lunches. I usually eat about 2 cups of soup for lunch and it's very filling and helps me get my veggies in for the day. Plus, it's so easy to pop a bowl in the microwave and have lunch ready so quickly!!!

Good luck getting your veggies in!!!

Also, with the warmer weather here, gazpacho is another great option.

Joy, do you have a good gazpacho recipe??? I've never tried making it.
