Hi all,
My name is Lisa. I am new to the board. I did meet Cathy when I saw a post about Kale.
She gave me some good info.
I just wanted to tell you a little about my SB journey so far.
I stared Phase one on March 12th. I weighed in at 142 lbs and Im 5 feet tall.
Before Starting SB in March. Last Spring of 07 I did weight watchers and started in at 150 lbs! Most I ever weight besides being pregnant. I got down to the 140's but stopped doing WW in the summer all the way into the holidays. In January of 08 I joined a gym.
I tried to do WW while working out and I was NOT losing a pound.
I work out hard core. I built up to 2 hour spin classes twice a week 3 days a week I do strength training with weights and cardio after wards.
So those days I work out for an hour and a half.
Still lost nothing so That's when in March I started SB. I still am doing Phase one because of a few times I fell off the wagon. I had a cheat day or two LOL. I promise myself this is my last week of doing Phase one. Next week I MUST start Phase 2. Meanwhile this past monday I had LIPO suction on my upper and lower stomach.
Right now I am sore and I can not work out for about 2 weeks which is going to kill me because I love the gym and I Love how my body has been changing.
Ok so now my final weight is 130 lbs. I can't believe I finally broke it!
My goal is 110. Another reason Im scared to start Phase 2 is because with not being able to work out for a few weeks IM scared IM going to gain. ugh!!!
I love SB and IM looking forward to eating some fruits and cereal but I just don't know how to start. Thanks for letting me vent hope I didn't bore anyone with my story LOL

Welcome to the board. I, too, used to follow WWs! I've completed one week of phase one and it's going great. I hope you feel better soon.

Ok so if I start Phase 2 how about if I add oatmeal to breakfast?
and a fruit with lunch?
